UO Digital Arts students put on a show in Portland

The month of June will showcase the work of more than 40 University of Oregon students at the new UO in Portland facility located in the White Stag Block at 70 N.W. Couch St. The UO's Portland students studying architecture and digital arts will be moving into the building next fall and the year-end shows are the School of Architecture and Allied Arts' first opportunity to showcase the new studio spaces on the fourth and fifth floors of the historic building. Faculty and students are opening the exhibits to the public on First Thursday, June 5, from 6-9 p.m. In addition, the public is welcome to attend student presentations during the final week of spring term. The Digital Arts program makes its inaugural student exhibition on Thursday, June 5, from 6-9 p.m. The show is called "Offsite," and uses existing spaces and art to create new and different forms of space.
